One star is too much for this app and this bank
Every time I login I have to close the app and relogin a second time without fail. This is what I have come to expect from this organization.

Absolutely dissatisfied and will be switching!! 1) login is absolutely painful between their outdated under managed verification/ SMS text code versus modern facial recognition used at literally every other bank in Canada. 2) way over charged service charges, inflated charges for every single e transfer, withdrawal, money order or certified check to Buisness owners. 3) terrible QC and customer relations. If your lucky enough to even get through
I often think about switching banks just because it gives me such difficulty logging in and when it crashes I get to do it again… new update with passkey menu is even worse. UPDATE: Still Trash
I have many banking apps that I’m using Scotiabank RBC and this ATB and ATB is by far the worst it takes forever to login with this new Passkey. You don’t get any functionality out of it. It’s just a disastrous app. Depositing checks through the app is a chore most of the time. No totals for periods. And most of the time you get the message we are encountering problems. If transferring my banking was easy I would have done it. I would give 0 stars if I can
Navigation is a bit slow and unintuitive I find sometimes

The new update sucks, can’t even do my online banking on my phone anymore, I would give a 0 star if I could.
I have both business and personal ATB apps on my phone. The logging in is the most inconvenient, time-consuming process. I never had an issue in the past so ATB must’ve done an update. I set up my passkey for both and the apps get confused on which pass key it is so it won’t let me login that way. Once I enter my password manually, then I have to get a code sent to me. I would say 50% of the time I enter the code, It just brings me to a blank screen, which makes me have to start the process all over again. I used to be able to use my Face ID without having to use a two factor code- and that was perfect!! I want that system brought back, and yes, I’ve tried calling tech-support and nothing gets fixed. Once I’m in the app, everything is fine.
ATB raises it's account fees and provides worse quality products and services. This app runs terribly. You can expect to not see correct account history, randomly be unable to access your account at all, and have a number of pages that won't load and just hang forever. The app doesn't need more features. The features it has just need to work.
This app is very annoying. It constantly crashes. And the security measures are annoying . I understand they are a great feature but if I don’t want them, I shouldn’t have too. Now I can’t access my account because it wants two- factor authentication which it already has so keeps saying error, and I cannot access my account. Very over it!
