Atoms - from Atomic Habits

Nice animation and real implementation from the book + daily lessons and interesting articles by James Clear integrated in the app. The app does exactly what it promises to do and works extremely well, it’s very smooth and almost calming just by using it.

I’ve tried this app and I really didn’t like the UX I was actually planning to delete it cause the UX was too bad. But last week they updated it and made the User experience better. So I continued using it. However, I used to have 5 habits, and with the new updates I can only have 1 habit unless I pay for premium which is like 10 EUROS A MONTH! That’s insaneeeeeeeeeee! There are plenty of simple habit tracking apps with much better and functional UX. Waste of money and it’s not even that good!

I use the Atoms app to improve my habits as the leader of a nonprofit. I have found so useful to invite a professional partner as « accountability partner ».

I loved the book. And it would help stick to a new habit but it’s way too expensive for the return on investment.

I have found this app to be very useful in helping me stick to the daily new habits I am working on in order to creat my brand spanking new identity. Thank you so much Mr Clear for sharing your knowledge with us so we can improve the quality of our lives.

I love the interface and can see great potential for this app; however, having limited habits to track (6 max) even with a paid version is woefully insufficient. Hopeful this will be addressed soon!

I have been all over this app and still can’t figure out how to log progress. You’d think after the task is accomplished with the timer in the app, it would automatically count it - but it doesn’t.

im writing this review for few suggestions i hope developers take them seriously: 1 - App can be faster , app lags when i edit a habbit , it doesn't Close but it lags 2 - Implementing some AI suggestions can be a good addition specially when its intergrated with My habbits 3- please add a search bar in the mindset section 4- please add spotify integration with focus because not everyone use apple music 🙏 5. Some motivational quotes are also good and helpful for extra motivation I hope you take my feedback seriously and waiting for a response soon ...

"Atomic Habits" is the best self-help book I've ever read, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. James Clear's newsletters are also fantastic. Unfortunately, the corresponding app falls short of the brilliance of the "Atomic Habits" book. The annual premium price of $80 is not justified, given the limited features currently available. I suggest purchasing a copy of "Atomic Habits" and using a different habit-tracking app for implementation.
