The app is ok
The library is great, audiobooks are great, but the app is average at best. The fact that most books don’t have a PDF with all the diagrams from the books annoys me.
Bug or IDK
I didn't get my 24 credits this year and when I try to reach out in 'contact us' option I just being pushed to the same website without any actual option to contact audible. I am using it for years now and I got no credits this year and being pushed aside when trying to reach out for help...😑

Works properly but I’d enjoy the subtitle option and an easier to find section for the “free” included audiobooks.
Outrageous
I was always happy with Audible, and been a subscriber continuously from 2017 with 550+ titles purchased. However today, customer support “revoked my rights to return books” for 6 months, when I texted them about wanting to return 3 from my library. No prior warning, nothing. 1. I never did anything outside their rules. They allow 3 titles to be returned at once- which I do every few months when some books I never finished of the narration or bc I did not like it- accumulate 2. There are no clear rules other than 3 titles at once for returns 3. Other companies reward their ling-time customers, not punish them. So, bye Audible, I will look for a better alternative, as I was already feeling bad about using an Amazon acquisition, and paying Bezos a subscription fee. Boycott Amazon!
