The app is ok

The library is great, audiobooks are great, but the app is average at best. The fact that most books don’t have a PDF with all the diagrams from the books annoys me.

Bug or IDK

I didn't get my 24 credits this year and when I try to reach out in 'contact us' option I just being pushed to the same website without any actual option to contact audible. I am using it for years now and I got no credits this year and being pushed aside when trying to reach out for help...😑

Nice app

Works properly but I’d enjoy the subtitle option and an easier to find section for the “free” included audiobooks.

Outrageous

I was always happy with Audible, and been a subscriber continuously from 2017 with 550+ titles purchased. However today, customer support “revoked my rights to return books” for 6 months, when I texted them about wanting to return 3 from my library. No prior warning, nothing. 1. I never did anything outside their rules. They allow 3 titles to be returned at once- which I do every few months when some books I never finished of the narration or bc I did not like it- accumulate 2. There are no clear rules other than 3 titles at once for returns 3. Other companies reward their ling-time customers, not punish them. So, bye Audible, I will look for a better alternative, as I was already feeling bad about using an Amazon acquisition, and paying Bezos a subscription fee. Boycott Amazon!

You can start a subscription in the app to the service but no way to cancel. You have to log into a completely different website on a PC to do this. Incredibly scammy

Can't play audiobooks on mobile app

I registered and bought an audiobook on my laptops web browser. If I log in on web I see it in my library and I can play it. (Even in the mobile web browser) I downloaded the audible app on my phone and ipad. I log in with the same account but my library is empty!! I tried to re install, log out and log in agan but nothing helps. This way the app is useless... I listened the audiobook I bought from the web player on my mobile and laptop, but the experience is not that good to listen to it. If I pause playback from my car I can't resume it, and I have to press play on my phone while driving. I guess the app would be able to resume playback from the steering wheel button like other music apps, but I cant't see the library from the mobile app so I have to use the web player. I'm finished with the book and I'm gonna use another service to buy audiobooks in the future because using the web player on mobile is a pain in the...

Terrible app

I just joined as a trail member, the app doesn't update that im on trial version and doesn't allow me to listen to the book i bought. However its possible on the website. So i message customer service via email and they send me to live chat. Live chat doesnt load. I ended uo writing 3 times regarding my complain that the app is not working. I have restarted and reinstalled and still the same. High chance audible wont have me as a Customer
