It’s a good app, does most of the things it says will do. However it’s heavy on the memory (even on my iPad pro) and the support sucks (I needed some features that the support team said are available in the pro version, I upgraded to pro and none of the features were there, where at that point they said “Oh yeah, it depends on your interface”...)
It seems like the application has a malfunction with these two products! I tried to record using an iMic and headphones. When I used the metrenome it was recorded too in the track! But also every new track had a "small MASTER track in it". I tried it with iRig, as in the beginning I thought that the sound was passing through my headphones. NOPE. The same problem again... I hope that there will be an update, or .... On the other hand, the quality of the sound, fx, eq etc is more than wellcome...
This app is amazing. It’s not Cubase. I don’t consider it an all in one. But it does do audio as a professional daw solution better than any of them.
Used to be good, but the “Pro” upgrade no longer formats to my iPad 11 pro m2. It’s basically unusable for me now. Over $100 wasted down the tube (including in-app purchases) - I’ve sent messages about the problems to the developers support forum and directly to the developer with no response. It appears to be abandoned. I wonder why Apple still allows this to be sold if it’s no longer supported and no longer functioning on latest Apple devices? Buyer beware! If the dev ever replies with a fix, I’ll update my review
I can’t get my MIDI keyboard to connect.
Spent much on this and it’s add ins and can’t even launch it on the latest iOS. Wish I could always count on it but seems to not be the case. What happened to this app? I’ll gladly beta test but not keeping an iPad up to date isn’t good practice nor security. Please test this app better.
I loved Auria when it first came out…to the point of ditching my computer and committing to it and IOS as my new DAW platform. Then the development stopped…for a couple of years. Well, finally it’s back and being developed again. Of course, there is no Logic Pro for IOS, so it isn’t the only game in town, but it’s still wonderful to see this oh so promising platform’s return!
Have been recording multitrack guitars for a few years and this works flawlessly. Very intuitive, let’s you create music instead of concentrating on software.
Auria(& Auria Pro) have had some UPDATES this year that has fixed some nagging issues. Now it’s back to being a healthy functioning DAW. Loaded with features and sounds that surpass all other iOS DAWS. Prove me wrong. Thank you Rim for fixing the mixer screen for iPad Air models, and lots of other small things that put this back at the top of the list.
Great for a waste!
