Don’t work to hard

Every time I log. I get a message that the app doesn’t recognize me. I have to hit ok then log in. Also the app is so elementary. Other banks have programs to save for Christmas funds that are automatically deducted. We need that. The alerts also don’t work as the should in every account.

Your app isn’t letting me log in. I keep all of my user names and passwords written down at home. So when I’m on the roads, running errands it makes it inconvenient when it won’t let me use my face to open the app. This happens WAY TOO OFTEN LIKE EVERY WEEK. I like to look and see how much $ is left in my account allot. It’s not keeping my user name or pw stored on my phone which Is locked all the time. Why? Update: It started working again but now it’s not showing it needs an update. I have elected to use my face id… again. Now it’s acting up again. Grrr!

Been banking for years with Austin bank and we still can’t get Apple Pay or even Zelle. We need to step it up.

Works pretty good for awhile, then suddenly makes me try to login twice. Usually the 2nd time I get app to work. However, 3/1/2024 app didn’t work for me, most of the day. I think Austin Bank ought to be more concerned about their app working instead of wasting money on a new logo!

There’s always something going on with this app. It rarely works. I wish it would be fixed permanently to make it easier to use consistently. It’s down 2-3 times per week and frustrating to use.

One of the worst apps I have. This thing crashes more than cars at a NASCAR race.

While yes this app does the job, it needs to be updated. The layout of the app is old and needs a new look. The banking app has issues connecting to Zelle and does not connect to Apple wallet or anything like that. Not only those two problems there is glitches within the app. It might not be the apps fault, but when ordering things it will show me the wrong amount in my account. I have overdraft protection, but it caused me to be in the negative. I’m a young adult so I don’t have the best income. Luckily I got more money in my account now so I’m no longer $20 in the negative, but it showed I had $60 when I only had $8.50. That caused me to spend more than I had so when it glitched back the next day I was just tired of the glitch happening multiple times.
