So tricky, pls refund
I downloaded Yr app on 21/10/23 because it is free. But the App pop out for payment procedure of Lifetime subscription and I think it is the way to get the free version. Pls refund the HK$488 to me as I only want it if it is free. I hv already required refund through Apple but request is refused. Pls be fair to me that I just paid it by accidentally. Thanks! I did the refund by Apple system in 2 times, but unfortunately, it was rejected due to "Not eligible for refund". Then I called Apple for assistance to apply for a refund again by phone back and forth, asking them to do it again by system and manually 3 times already with your replied email as a supporting document. The result is still the same and cannot be refunded. Apple said this is the final status for the refund. I acknowledge that app developers may have limited control over the refund process, and I appreciate your willingness to guide me in the right direction. I understand that Apple ultimately handles the refund process, but as the creator of Authenticator, your input and support are crucial in helping me navigate through this situation.
