Needs a feature to mower entire zones 24/7 Without having to schedule

The App is at best variable. General usability is OK, but Bluetooth connection to the mower needs repeatedly setting up as the device does not seem to want to auto connect. Why is Bluetooth important. Well without it you can’t change a lot of the settings on the mower. Additionally Using Bluetooth is important to ‘drive the mower’ out of areas it gets into trouble. I note that if the mower can be driven out of trouble, the app could be used to train the robot how to deal with areas it finds challenging. Bluetooth functionality appears to be related to updates as was working seamlessly till 2024. The mower is fabulous, App improvements would make the whole experience fabulous.

Not the easiest app to complete a schedule

With our ride on mower to small for our lawns it was cheaper to invest on a automower to the job. Our lawns have never look so manicured.

Best ever , very fast , no issue in last 5 month

Our robot mower is the best investment we ever made. It mows our almost 500m2 hilly country section no problem at all. My sense of well being is much improved, as I never have the 4hour task of pushing the mower up hill and down dale, looming over me. I step out of the door every morning, to a perfect lawn, which I am able to enjoy. Bed made, dishwasher on, lawn mowed. I leave the house having ticked off a heap of jobs already.

Seems to be we all have the same issues, when it works it fantastic, however the repetitive problems are extremely frustrating, the dealer who we purchased off doesn’t want to admit the product has faults yet we constantly have to contact them to solve the problems. Was told to turn off the additional functions in order for the mower to work, counterproductive to what we paid for. Expensive product to be continually breaking down.

I have a Husqverna 450x auto mower & it’s brilliant, does an excellent job without having to worry about my lawns but the app gives me no end of problems as it keeps disconnected all the time!!!

The 4wD mower has had a bunch of issues with both mechanical failures and also updates which have essentially stopped it working for weeks on end. It was also impossible to roll back updates, and the mower will occasionally perform updates without permission. The faults associated with the updates have been many and varied. When it’s working it’s good. The service I received from the dealer has been excellent (Hastings, NZ) and husquvarna have been good about warranty and repairs.

When it works, it’s really great - love it. Trouble is, like the mower itself, it’s extremely flawed and prone to weekly, if not daily, bugs and outages. It takes a lot of time to keep both the mower and app working as they should.
