Good app easy to use

When this app works, it’s pretty good but there is an ongoing bug that causes your account to lock repeatedly. It’s entirely infuriating especially as you have to ring customer service to get the account unlocked just to have the same issue reoccur constantly. I’ve raised the issue with customer services several times and they basically imply that it is an end user issue i.e my fault. I’ve also emailed the app support team mentioned in a previous negative review about the same thing - that email was ignored and I’m three months waiting on a phone call back from the same team as advised by customer service on one of my many phone calls…pity because the user experience is pretty positive on the rare occasion it works.

Not a bad app. Works good for me. Would be better if was able to add another credit card to it. I’ve two cards but can only use one with this app. Have to log in on line to uses other one.

Latest update finally fixed the payment issue. Great to finally be able to make payments on the app and not have to log onto the webpage everytime. Having Apple Pay now is a great feature too

Avant is the only card provider I am aware of that still does not support Apple Pay. This is a must in 2023!

PIN cannot be verified bug.

Stopped receiving the transaction notifications just over a week ago. Nothing wrong with the settings and receiving notifications for other apps. This is very unfortunate because I thought that this was a great feature. Gave you the immediate reassurance that your card was being charged the right amount. Please sort this out.

I have just updated the app and the pin registration still doesn’t work. I have tried to register over 20 times before and after the update, it still doesn’t work. This makes the app completely unusable so I have to login in via my laptop.
