Cannot contact Customer Support for more than 1 month

Needs a subscription 1% of it is free 99% of it needs a subscription it said 100% free

Well, it’s back! The app is continuously stalling on update… and this has been happening on the last two updates. Only solution is to delete the app and then re-download. Very annoying as it wasn’t doing it for the last 9 months after I informed support about it.

This avast is subpar, the vpn is beyond useless. It slows down system processes on MacBook iPhone and pc. To get a refund on pc was a nightmare. Would not recommend. Also they had a pretty substantial data leak. Check it out.

Can avast change the silly cartoon looking GUI and go back to the old or a different GUI.

J’utilise déjà Avast VPN sur tout mes appareils. Et quand j’ai voulu voir si l’application fonctionnait vraiment, j’ai lancé le " scan " puis il n’a pas pu déterminé si j’avais un quelconque VPN actif sur mon iPad. Notez Bien : mon VPN viens de la même compagnie

There is only an iPhone version of the app and no iPad version which utilizes the full screen. Good product just need to include the iPadOS ecosystem.

First, you do not get to delete a review just because you do don like it. That’s not why Apple gives that ability. Here’s the review, again: App constantly knocks me off Wi-Fi and forces my iPhone SE (2020) to use cellular data. But, the cellular data won’t work either because the service provider doesn’t like the IP address used by Avast. The only way to reconnect to Wi-Fi is to turn off the VPN, which is half the reason for having this app. Have written to technical support and received no answer, not even an automated read receipt. This makes me pretty certain that upgrading to the family plan is a no-go since everyone in my family will have the same issues until Avast either tells us how to fix it, or issues an updated version of the app. (By the way, the bought-and-paid-for Windows version on my laptop works wonderfully!)

After training to get a hold of your company to help me set up with no luck keeps on asking for some code some number that is supposed to been sent in a text that I’ve never received

Avast one is my favorite top choice because it’s easy read and protect by dangerous internet I would recommend to everyone because it’s works on any device apple iPhone.
