Don’t buy the pro version they stole your money
Hard to get out
I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for over a month. I didn’t even activate my account. I sent emails and that did nothing so I activated my account and then tried to cancel. I’ve followed the instructions on the help page and the instructions don’t match up to what’s on the app.
Rip off
Do not subscribe. All the services you would expect are only available for an additional charge.

I just activated TotalAV today …. I’m enjoying thus far as I go through cleaning all my apps. A little time consuming however, necessary while worth it ! Glad I found TotalAV
Thief
I requested their $1.99 special offer. I “checked the additional “add-on”. They then charged me $39.99 for looking at this “add-on”. I don’t want your “add-on”. I don’t even want your $1.99 “special”. I want to stop this contract immediately. I can’t seem to do it online. Ripping off the elderly like this is disgraceful. Remimburse me immediately and cancel this subscription. BEWARE people. And so it goes - 2 days after writing this review, my account was successfully cancelled. They reimbursed my money through immediately took it out again. OMG!!! Don’t trust these people. And now I begin to try to get my money again!!!
Hacker laughed at it.
My hacker broke through this in about 4 hours on an iPhone 16+. It’s pretty much useless. He’s tearing it apart now. I would like a refund because your product is a bust, did nothing. My hacker, if I can get him to, will back me up.
Scam and poor customer service
Cancelled subscription a month ago but didn’t work so they tried charging me again. Tried to cancel wouldn’t work. Took 15 minutes to finally get somewhere to chat or contact someone. Then another 30 minutes for them to cancel. Cannot comprehend please cancel
I cannot get rid of it
I keep emailing them asking for help to delete the entire thing and get a refund because I do not want it. It doesn’t do anything. I have not seen any benefit to it whatsoever and nobody ever gets back to me and anything that I try to do in order to get rid of it when it explains how to do it doesn’t work or is not available. I am not the least bit happy I want this gone and I want the charges discontinued on my account!
