Order some postcards of this app with my scan photo on payd £14.99 for 10 go back on the app 4 days later and it says Delivered nothing been delivered or enythink I wasn’t money on postcard with my scan photo on for family just for them not to be delivered when it says on the app Delivered and the AI woman who has no opinion to get rid of only got the app for scan photo and video of my scan not I want to Delete the app

I can’t see my scan report and my scan images in this app . I was twice at consultation and the both times I can’t download my scans and reports because they aren’t showing them in the app…

I’m sure the intention is all good, but man alive, downloading an application for simply downloading the scans pictures/videos is overkill. ‘Extracting’ the content feels a little manual like I’m on an old computer and it’s all after getting into the app. The early 2000s cgi Scottish assistant is an odd touch.

Lady assistant voice is driving me mad

I only have this app because it’s linked to my scan photos from two private ultrasounds I’ve done. In that sole sense, it’s fine. But the rest of the app…. WHY CAN YOU NOT TURN THE STUPID SCOTTISH LADY’S VOICE OFF. If you want to use it for any sort of logging or anything pregnancy related it’s the most unusable piece of garbage. Every instruction is read to you by a creepy cartoon woman. Doesn’t matter if your phone is on mute! I only have this for my scan pics and if you are using it for anything other than that, use any one of the other myriad options out there.

I downloaded this app after my visit to Window to the Womb and really loved how I was able to get access to all my scan images and videos. Love all the other features too!

Really useful app which has amazing features that you can use throughout your pregnancy journey.

Used this app with both pregnancies - great how you can keep all your Window To The Womb scan pics and videos in one place! I also love all the extra features such as mood management, and the kicks training 💕

Very problematic and cannot access the report or photos. Had to ask Window to the Womb to send manually. iPhone 13 on ios16.1
