Information is wrong

Every time My phone updates my Avon account changes to another language!!! Now I can’t get it back to ENGLISH!!!! I’m wondering if it’s even worth my time anymore. I’ve had to turn away orders because I can’t get my account to go back to English.

The app won’t show an option to change from Puerto Rico to US on my phone or computer, so I’m unable to log in.

It won’t even let me log into my account anymore!!! Trash

I can’t access my information as this is showing it’s in Puerto Rico not the USA. Is there a way to change this?!

Keeps saying that my login failed when I know I entered correctly. I can’t even use it.

It won’t even let me log in. It’s showing the part where it wants me to type in the account number but when I tap on it to type it in, it doesn’t do anything

I recently tried to use this app it doesn’t allow me to log in — sigh — how can I do business on the go with a glitchy app?? Needs to be fixed please

Ever since they did the update, the app is ONLY available for Puerto Rico. This is extremely frustrating for me to put my orders in for customers, as it was so easy to do before. Now I can’t even log in. Hopefully this issue will get resolved soon.

Have not been able to log in keeps telling me … log in failed. I can’t see when I type my info in its blank! This is the best way for me to order and I can’t even do that now!!
