Not working for „non-Brazilian citizen“
If you are an international traveller and don‘t have a Brazilian CPF number (Brazilian Citizenship) you cannot check in with this app. It‘s mandatory to have it when adding a payment method (f. e. if you want to add luggage or seat selection)! Additionally the English translation of the app is extremely poor - I don‘t know weather I should laugh or cry. In general no one speaks (or like to speak) English. Even on the Plane no English is spoken by the crew and pilot. Let‘s make it short: … don‘t fly with Azul if you are not a Brazilian! Don‘t use this app if you are a non Brazilian. Simple as that.
Data de retorno não altera
Não estou conseguindo alterar a data de retorno quando vou procurar por passagem, insiro a data de ida e a data de retorno é dada com a data de hoje.
Falta de letras no tipo de documento
Não consegui digitar letras no número de documento durante do check-in. Normalmente o número de um passaporte sempre inclui letras.
Não faz o check in
Hoje ao tentar fazer o Check In o APP não funcionou. Mostrou que falta a quantidade de dias do dia que eu comprei a passagem e não atualiza para permitir o check in. Funcionou pelo chat.
