So many flaws.
- buggy. If the developers used the app at all, I’m sure they’ll know exactly what bugs I’m talking about. I’m using an iPhone 11 plus, not an old iPhone, so it’s not me, it’s you. </3 - can’t play my music while working out, if I do, then the video pauses and sometimes it bugs out and I have to restart the workout. There are many other apps that can play a video while allowing me to listen to my music like the athlean X 6 pack app. - no back button on workouts, only a forward button. - missing info to aid in workouts. For example, sometimes I can’t tell exactly which muscles I should target by watching the video. Found myself constantly having to look up the exercises on google/youtube to find proper instructions. - there’s a big jump in difficulty between day 1 and day 2. The most difficult exercise on day 1 is the dancer stretch, which I found to challenging enough yet not impossible. However, day 2 starts off with an inch worm crawl exercise. Which I found to be impossible. I mean what makes you think a day 2 beginner can stretch all the way like that??
