Put simply it doesn’t work
Trying to check in is a nightmare and took me about three hours. I eventually got checked in and now can’t book rooms but can book restaurants and shows. The only trouble is it will only allow me to book anything for two people and there are ten of us across three rooms. Can’t add people and can’t add rooms. The app really is not worth having. Had the same problem last year but I figured it was new after Covid and has probably improved in the last twelve months but sadly not.
Needs deleting and reinstalling daily?
This app has everything you need for your holiday but it’s so annoying having to reload it every time you need to use it!
Doesn’t work
Can’t book restaurants, can’t book tours. App says only 2 ppl on the booking but we are a family of 4.
Great idea- poor execution
Have used the app to check in and reserve restaurants however it crashes a lot and is very frustrating. Have to delete it and then download again from the App Store then log in just to see my bookings or any other information. It’s a great idea, very easy concept and saves a lot of hassle and time. Eg. Checking in and Resturant reservations, maps etc. would be ideal if maps of Coba was included too. But if should work, at all times.
Unstable
A good idea, poorly executed. The stability of the app is genuinely awful, as it fails to connect 90% of the time and invariably decides it needs your booking details again.
If it actually worked it would be good.

What an absolute waste of time & effort trying to get this joke of an app to work. I am genuinely never booking a holiday with these clowns again if this is the level of their professionalism! Absolutely pathetic!

Utterly dreadful app. Took 5 attempts to get past first log in. Paid £5k for a holiday at this place and it doesn’t recognise my details even though I am arriving in 48hrs, hope my stay at hotel is better that the hour I have just wasted trying to access the app😡😡😡
