RIU Hotels & Resorts

I’m at Riu Monica now, the app will not load hotel info and just reports an error each time I try. Apart from that hotel and staff are excellent Update day 5 of my stay Hotel Services still not loading on the App, the App lets the hotel down which is a shame

Just returned from a two week holiday at this lovely hotel. Right on the beach, everything was of a great standard. All staff are very welcoming and friendly. My only complaint if it really is one, no drinks allowed to be taken out of bars upto your room, apart from that all good. Hopefully we will return.

Definitely not 5 Star, first room was Dank Dirty and Damp, mould everywhere, my wife became unwell after the first night, we were moved, but we will Never be back, I have forwarded my pictures to my lawyer, .

Lovely Hotels and great app.

This holiday was the first time we had tried a RUI hotel and wow - what an experience. We would return anytime and will be looking to book through this chain of hotels in all future holidays

First time on the app and found it really easy to navigate, so far so good

Have tried over several days to book on app, once you have selected your room you just get a blank screen and can go no further. Tried clicking app support and the same thing.

The RIU app is like the service you get at a RIu resort, excellent. The customer experience is perfect with easy navigation and need to information available when you need it

Web site looked good but better in room pictures need improvement, Bathroom more pictures apart from that 10/10
