While going to any function of the app im unable to go back plz solve the issue

Trying for more than one year, still not working! App opens, i select the destination and then app shuts off

It’s been 6 months. They did not sort out my problem. I emailed them but they didn’t reply. I am not getting otp number Kindly fix this issue And when I move to verification screen there is no back button

It’s totaly a garbage material.This app is so disgusting compared to other transport apps.

Whenever i try to search tickets, or check any other options, application automatically shuts down.. Did many times.. Please fix it
