While going to any function of the app im unable to go back plz solve the issue

It’s been 6 months. They did not sort out my problem. I emailed them but they didn’t reply. I am not getting otp number Kindly fix this issue And when I move to verification screen there is no back button

no routes available from/to Sindh when bus itself is operating

Other transport services like Bilal travels and Silk line are providing discount for online immediate payment but not in case of Baloch transport.
