Barclaycard for Business

Haven’t been able to access my account with the information they sent me. Tried a few times over a couple of weeks with no luck even getting into my account. Only a waste of time so far will probs keep my business elsewhere

*** NOTE only 1 star as you cannot select zero *** I’ve been unable to access the app since getting my Business Barclaycard, I just continually get the APSN error. The helpful folks at Barclaycard just keep saying wait two days and it might work. If not, basically tough. I do love good customer service.

Balance is not correct and there is no way to pay your monthly statement via app. What is it for? It is completely useless. Why not do it the same way as your personal app? You should hire some app developer.

I don’t understand how this app has a 4.5 average. It doesn’t show my balance, and it never has. It simply doesn’t work. It doesn’t show my activity, it doesn’t allow me to make payments, it literally doesn’t do anything.

** Bug now resolved ** App is working again Unfortunately, I can’t leave a zero rating. The app has a fault which means you can’t login even though credentials are correct. It says ‘sorry, unable to proceed with request. Please try again later. (Ref. APSN)’ The Barclaycard card staff tried multiple account resets and new passwords to no avail. Unable to use my card as can’t verify it.

Just the worst app I’ve ever used really

the app does not show realtime information. I paid a high % of my balance, 5 days ago, so i didn’t go over my credit limit and it is still not showing on the available balance on the app. go on the web page and it is showing. sort it out !!!!!! Logged a complaint about this app not been for for purpose. Response went into how the app is for multiple card holders and that the balance on the app is showing spend since last statement. Could not get a straight answer as to why the balance on the app is different to online.

I advise everyone to completely avoid this trash card. I’ve had endless problems with it. Never been able to login online due to a stupid system errors. Replaced the card 3 times so far for it to maybe work, but never did. The way the app shows the spending and the statement is extremely stupid, and lastly this card has zero security. If you do a contactless payment the merchant can easily save your card details and charges you multiple times after that. Now been claiming for transactions I never made which is taking ages, with useless customer service.

Unable to login in the app (returns error please try again later). Tried unlock, changing password etc but no joy. Useless app!

The App only shows what has been spent that month at a user level….as a director you can’t see the what you actually owe
