Barclaycard for Business

You would expect to get essential information from both the app and website , you don’t. The information is too slow to update on the credit side m to be clear if I make an interim payment to reduce the account during the month it never shows . I get an email telling my statement is ready to view but actually it’s only partially ready to view the whole statement is not , I appreciate that is related to the corporate side where there is one control account , so one would expect to be able to go immediately online and view the control account to give the full monthly statement, but no it’s not there until later , there is lag with mostly everything , it’s very annoying and surprising for a bank of Barclays size . Useless ladies and gentleman, sort it out .

I think it's a bit of a waste of time even having this app, as it is really sub standard. I will be deleting it today as part of my decluttering exercise of useless apps on my phone.

Won’t open or work, just keeps saying retry. Pointless app

Awful experience, can’t see what I owe. Had issues making payments to account and ended up having to pay late fees. Don’t bother with Barclaycard for business. 5 years and no changes to the app.

The regular Barclays app for personal current, savings and credit accounts is really good, even the business current and savings on that app is just as good - So why is the business credit side of things just unusable junk? I can see my business Barclaycard account in the regular app but it only updates balances once in a while. Buy something or pay off your bill but it won’t update so you’ve no idea if it’s gone through unless you look online. As for this business app, can’t even log in. Go through the usual password/username set-up and reset then there’s just some sort of error and it shuts down. It’s been deleted already. Most likely will look for a business credit card with a mobile app that actually works instead.

Password expires all the time, facial recognition doesn’t work and you have to re-enter all details from scratch, won’t allow you to change to a rememberable username, you can’t copy and paste the temporary password so you have to laboriously enter it manually leading to errors and lockouts, it enforces different passwords each time, you can’t use any of the last 12 passwords, etc etc… all of which renders this app completely unworkable. I simply cannot keep track of ever expiring unique passwords for every card I own, I’d spend more time administering it than using the stupid card

I just tried to register and received the error reference ASPN. No other help is offered and no way to get past this.

Firstly no email with username received, the username was blank. Then followed instructions in app to retrieve username by submitting email address, did this 3 times, no email sent. Then tried to call the customer service numbers given on both app and the card, neither rang. I can log on to my Barclaycard Business Account via the internet but the point of the app surely is to make this easier not present new obstacles. Considering cancelling the card without using it.

4 months since i raised the original issue and still the app and online do not show same or real time information. The app is now showing transactions as approved where the same transactions are showing as pending online. The transactions in question were declined at the terminal when i tried to pay. Just spoke to a less than useful customer service representative and they could not give an explanation.
