Pretty disappointed that you are shutting my account after 56 years when I also have a UK address as well as living in Australia. Could have invested in UK, but without account not possible.

Terrible. I have been trying for over 6 mth to access my account but in able. Card lost and forgot my pin. Please help I am in Australia so no bank to go to. B

So many missing features on this banking app. Not sure if this is a UK thing in general or just this Barclays app. Have just arrived from Australia and their banking apps are leaps and bounds over this - no setting or changing of a card pin within the app, no quick balance widget available, no activation of a new card, you can’t even press and copy any details shown on the app like account number or the long IBAN number which makes pasting into other applications easy. Plus, when you login the main content on the home screen is advertising their services - no, I don’t want a loan to buy a car!

I have had trouble in the past and having trouble again. The online banking requires a mobile pin sentry log in but there’s no option to send the notification. The only options are to download the app which I already have - and updated. The other option is to identify and get a code. Now what. There’s nowhere to put the code. I understand making things secure but it’s a nightmare and I daren't even start to switch over to my new phone with fear I’ll be locked out like last time.

This is a woeful app experience setting up as a first time user. Nothing saves as you go and you have to start again. The address pages are painful. It took me three days to try and upload my name / passport. In total over a week to finish the new customer registration now waiting for a code in the post. No idea what is happening with UK banks, no appointments for 8+ weeks just to ID or verify

I have used Barclays for banking for more than 27 years, however, I am currently living abroad and as such do not have a UK telephone number, without which I cannot use the app. This is a huge inconvenience.

Hey Barclays, it’s 2022…crazy that this doesn’t support overseas mobile numbers. Impossible to keep track of finances whilst overseas and the last century pinsentry is the only way to login on desktop computer.

I currently live abroad but have my uk account still. Because I’ve not used my uk number in over six months, it’s dead. So I can’t use the app because I no longer have a uk phone number. This is an unnecessary obstacle and renders the app useless.

I love Barclays. I live in Australia and need international banking and they are just terrific.

Hi why can’t we use the app overseas? I now live in Australia but still actively use my Barclays’s account so the app would make it much easier to manage my money!
