There is no information on any of my bank accounts. There is no chat function to fix this. And it keeps saying it has a problem loading my statement. What a useless app.

Not user friendly, not clear on what is owe, always broken, services always in maintenance mode when wanting to check my accounts, poorly designed, international customer services that doesn't care about the customer
If the app can update personal information such as address and can upload our documents , it’s must be more essential app.
No way to re_register the app in my new iPhone as there is no button for generating activation code . Also, cannot register my international account to the app in my new iPhone by using PINsentry because it requested me to enter a UK mobile phone number. The app cannot facilitate an international account holder to register the app without making an expensive international phone call ti ask for an activation code! Total useless!
Completely useless. I cannot register and log in to my international account after it asked me to update the app to the latest version I order to use the app. All my previous data was deleted and it asked me to provide a photo ID or go to a cash ATM machine, which I have no access to as I'm not in UK. What the hell is this?
When I download your Barclays iOS app from my iPhone , no any display button to press for open the new account, just only the register the app button option, I don’t know why and I can’t online to apply your new account easily please fix it ad soon as possible
Cannot open account
For some reason, it does not have the button to open a new account for us new customers. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially you don’t offer any alternatives apart from the app application, please fix this Edit: thanks, it’s fixed now
I have previously been using the app in HK, but with the latest upgradethe app keeps crashing. PLEASE BARCLAYS GET THIS RECTIFIED ASAP!
