Challenging workout but I could have used more instruction/ directions for some of the moves because I’ve not done barre before. I’ll definitely try it again though!

Amazing app, great workouts!
This one, barre, has fewer bells and whistles than the others and I think both the barre and the yoga are best for people who have taken at least few live beginner classes, but I really love that I can set the time, that they always change, and that I can listen to my own music or even a podcast or audiobook if I want to instead of their music. Lately I have been switching off the barre and HIIT apps and just fitting in occasional yoga, and this has been working for me. I love that when this routine starts to feel old, I can do something different. Adding this: I am in my 50s and plus sized, and I find this barre app helps me so much with my alignment and posture and warding off injury
I love this app because it allows you to do barre in a pretty challenging way and it never gets boring because you get a new routine each time. I love to alternate between yoga and other Down dog apps!
LOVE LOVE LOVE the yoga app, have used it for years but I really hope they give this app more attention and fix it. The instructions are incredibly vague and it has no toggle for beginners and doesn’t seem to hit much of the upper body at all. Maybe it’s the few ones I tried but they were just not for me. What makes the down dog yoga app so special is a bit lacking here. Like another reviewer said, you can do a few minutes and it’ll definitely get you moving but beyond a 10 minute workout I can’t really bear it.
Love these apps! You can adjust the time the music and its a great variety!
I have been using this app for over four years now. I love everything about it. Over the years they have updated it. I’ve used the yoga app the most. So much variety in length, areas to focus on, level of ability, how long to hold poses for, to various genres of music (which you can save into your own playlists on Spotify and Apple Music). You can even favorite practices to come back to them. I use the meditation app for sleep. It unwinds me faster than anything else. I generally am asleep halfway through the practice. The Barre app is intense and I feel it working quickly. All the other apps are incredible too- for reasons listed above. Highly recommend!!
I am really happy with down god Yoga, with this app I can exercise everyday and strengthen myself
The exercises themselves are great - challenging and rewarding. Would love more personalization like the other DownDog apps. Would love a warm up and cool down option and level ratings (eg beginner, intermediate, expert). Will keep using but not as much as the other DownDog apps.
The apps are just perfect for any level, mood or experience. It has been so helpful to me to practice different types of exercises and meditation in my daily busy schedule. I love how it caters to various body needs and would surely explore all of the options available here. Thank you team for being such an important part of my health journey !!
