I love the Down Dog app because of the customization, particularly how challenging it should be. This app does not allow for this, making it extremely challenging for someone just starting to begin some strength. Some more levels may help (for example: beginners switch sides more often to get some rest in between exercises on one leg). Otherwise I love it, clear explanations and I like you can choose exercise length and focus!
Could be nice to have levels in my case I’m a beginner and I can’t last so long in some exercises. Cheers

The exercises themselves are great - challenging and rewarding. Would love more personalization like the other DownDog apps. Would love a warm up and cool down option and level ratings (eg beginner, intermediate, expert). Will keep using but not as much as the other DownDog apps.
This one, barre, has fewer bells and whistles than the others and I think both the barre and the yoga are best for people who have taken at least few live beginner classes, but I really love that I can set the time, that they always change, and that I can listen to my own music or even a podcast or audiobook if I want to instead of their music. Lately I have been switching off the barre and HIIT apps and just fitting in occasional yoga, and this has been working for me. I love that when this routine starts to feel old, I can do something different.
The apps are just perfect for any level, mood or experience. It has been so helpful to me to practice different types of exercises and meditation in my daily busy schedule. I love how it caters to various body needs and would surely explore all of the options available here. Thank you team for being such an important part of my health journey !!
