Bastion

The game is really good. Has an amazing story and sound effects but I think that the graphics need to get better for the new iPhones.

One of the games that shaped my gaming life. I randomly downloaded it and just played it all in like 1-2 nights, the immersion really takes you in, the music fits every scene, and the narrator.. ahhh the narrator… Most certainly give bastion a shot, and once you fall in love with it go get Transistor and Hades ,for PC, from the same awesome and majestic developers… I’m actively looking forward to hearing more from you guys! I finished the game. Didn’t play it for a long time. Then i wanted to play again. I needed to pay 5.99 (or was it 4.99)again. Although it saved all my weapons which is dumb because it should save the full game. But its overall fun. I think it SHOULD save the full game if its gonna save my weapons. But like I said its fun.

On my base iPhone 15, I’m getting some serious frame rate issues. I’ve played through this game on other platforms and haven’t had this issue. Disappointed that this great game is borderline unplayable.

I really enjoyed the gameplay without a doubt But it is honestly aggressively overshadowed by the egregiously bad auto save system Just look online for people having save problems and you will know what I mean. It is EXTREMELY easy to lose hours of progress and tons of people have. The real challenge in the game is making sure you don’t lose progress and waste your time due to it not allowing you to save and the ineptitude present in the implementation of the auto save system. I would normally give one star for such a fatal game ruining error, but the gameplay is fun so I’ll give it one extra star, even if the taste is so bad in my mouth I haven’t wanted to open the game again. For the people being charged twice or being resold the game, don’t be afraid to sail the seven seas and play on PC. If a company is going to screw you over screw them back.

So, this was a free game, but now your charging us $5 to play a game we already had. What’s going on? This game was better free, but now you’re gonna lose people because we lost all our data and now have to buy it.

One of the most overrated games I have played, it is over priced for such a simple game and I do not recommend.

I paid the 4.99 one time fee, but the game isn’t let me past that screen it just keeps having me start a new game all over again which I have several times and keep getting stopped at the in app purchase screen. Fix this issue and I’ll change my star rating for the app. Update: They put out a fix and it worked great no more in app screen. Love this game for its simplicity.
