• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
• You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, for the same duration and at the current subscription rate for that product
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. This does not affect your statutory rights
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Used to enjoy this
Recent changes to the format have made the experience of reading this magazine more frustrating than enjoyable. It takes forever to load content, and seems to freeze on the advertisements. The layout also makes it feel less like a magazine and more like reading a web page (for some this may be a plus, but for me it has detracted from the experience). Actual content seems to have reduced in favour of ads and photos with little text, or recycled videos from the tv show. For the last two editions I’ve found the experience of trying to read the magazine so frustrating that I’ve just given up (and will now be cancelling my subscription).
Love the magazine
The only issue is it advertises 50% off for UK but then because I live in Canada there isn’t a discount or oh boy is the subscription expensive at $64.00 per year plus tax at half price?

I love this magazine! So much content, the articles are well written and enjoyable. The only magazine I subscribe to and would highly recommend if yo are remotely interested in gardening.
Magazine is great! Download is brutally Slow !!!!!
I have been a subscriber for years. Wonderful magazine, great content. The problem is downloading. I can download an entire movie in less time it takes to download this magazine. Thought this would improve in the last few months but it has not. Both Kitchen Garden and Grow your own magazines download in less then a minute so the problem isn’t on my end 😳.

Takes an age to load and then when it does images are unable to load

My English coworker would bring her copy to work and I would read it it from cover to cover, had wanted a subscription but couldn’t find it here. I was so excited when I received your Facebook ad for it !
great content, terrible app
No complaints on the content but the app is a car crash. Several updates over the years have made it close to unusable, terrible load times that really spoil the experience. I notice similar feedback and developers asking for screenshots but they know this is bad, the diagnostics must be shocking and it really is dated. You’d be better off getting the magazine, printed on paper, from trees. The irony.

Simply superb app well done to all involved
Continually have to sign in
Every time I open the App or follow links from emails my subscription isn’t recognised and I have to work out how to sign in all over again. This is really tedious. This App is most definitely not user friendly. Still waiting for free gifts offered when I paid my annual subscription
