App keeps crashing, doesn’t pick up my location. I’ve tried checking out 4 times from the web app and mobile app and it keeps resetting my cart - super frustrating!!!

You can't add address cuz it doesn't accept pin code and you can't go back either without saving your address! Why do you even release the app!

The app is extremely pathetic. It didn’t let me place the order through app for first few weeks. After they released an updated version they are not letting me make payment through app and it has been more than 2 weeks. Even the website is so pathetic that it is not letting me make payment online. The most amazing part is they are asking for Rs 30 so that they can send their representative home to collect the payment or else I need to travel all the way to their office to make a payment of Rs 22. Really unique....hahaha

One guy came from big basket and fooled us. He told some offer is going on… you download the app and recharge your wallet by 1000 rs you will get free milk for 5 days and bla bla bla. No offer is coming and i am not using bb daily so dont know where to use this wallet amount. Fake and fraud marketing strategies

This is a worst app I have ever used

This app is a big cheater app ..don’t recommend to anyone …customer support is full waste..please don’t add money they will cut the amount and you will not get it back

I am experiencing very frequent logouts in one or two days. Every time I open app after 2 to 3 days , it shows login page.
