One guy came from big basket and fooled us. He told some offer is going on… you download the app and recharge your wallet by 1000 rs you will get free milk for 5 days and bla bla bla. No offer is coming and i am not using bb daily so dont know where to use this wallet amount. Fake and fraud marketing strategies

This is a worst app I have ever used

This app is a big cheater app ..don’t recommend to anyone …customer support is full waste..please don’t add money they will cut the amount and you will not get it back

I am experiencing very frequent logouts in one or two days. Every time I open app after 2 to 3 days , it shows login page.

Hi Devs, I’m new user to this app. As my belief in Tata products, this is completely opposite. The app has some serious issue, app is crashing abruptly even if don't do anything. Please fix this right away. There are lot of improvements needed. Please fix the customer support section, there is no option to contact support(via call), without that how can i resolve my query. All the best, do some improvement and keep going!

App is not user friendly not flexible with booking in advance . Removing and adding item interface post booking order can improve If you want to pause subscription only one month allowed Feedback via app on order or product not available Notification like wats app sms not working inspite of activating

The app is full of bugs. No proper support or response how many times you report. Just waiting for wallet balance to over :)

The service has continuously been degraded over the years. The competition is doing really well

App was showing no active subscription. Also I get an SMS stating that the balance is adequate for just one delivery. So I recharged the wallet with Rs.2000/- using Google pay. This is not reflected in the account. Not able to access help or customer care either.
