BCBSMA My Blue app lacks functionality and does not provide an e-card that can be added to your iPhone wallet. You have to save a screenshot of your card to you photos folder, if you can. This is ridiculous. Ive had Harvard Pilgrim, Signa and other insurance coverage and their apps were great. Im stunned that a company like BCBS doesn’t have a decent app. Can’t they just contract app creation to a third party? Im sure they have plenty of money to do this.

This is just a wrapper around web pages. Interaction design does not exist. It’s very haphazard as if each function was designed in a vacuum by low level managers ordered to get a feature implemented and call it a day. BCBS needs to hire some good (not just any one) user focused interaction designers, and developers with proven track records of making great native iPhone apps. This costs money. Otherwise save money and withdraw this app and leave us to use the equally poor website.

Constant dead ends. Any “Pay my bill” link leads to a verify screen that doesn’t function, no code email is sent and worst of all, you can’t revert from the screen. Have to exit the app and start over. Try to view plan coverage and you also run into dead ends. Too many examples to list. Just a very poor app.

I need to get into the app, creating an account and it states that my info is wrong, when it’s not! Why? If you can’t even get this to work at all, why would anyone use it???? Fix it or be intelligent and give it to someone that knows what they’re doing! The Michigan app shows so many stars, work with them! If I can even get into the app, I might up the stars.

This app is very poorly designed. Tried to connect to a virtual visit several times and pretty much wasted an hour. Not worth the download.

This is almost useless. Not worth the space on your phone. When you log in it asks you for feedback. My best feedback: fire whoever developed this app, completely delete it. Hire someone who knows how to develop an app in the 2020s and not something for the first version of iOS and then user test it before releasing it. My little nephew can probably program something better

Couldn’t even sign in or sign up. Kept asking to change me password and when I did it denied me access multiple times.

Cannot sign in with link provided inthe Email, or in any of the three versions of the App. “Help” sends me in circles asking for the same info over and over.

Have fun waiting for hours to try to connect
