This is one of the easiest apps to navigate through I have ever used.
I’ve been with BCU for 5 years and I’ve never had a problem with them. Anytime they detect fraud I’m getting a notification within seconds! I trust them with my money!
Keep getting the error 401 access denied trying to set up Zelle also will not let me add my card to my Apple wallet through the app
Been a member for over 10 years. This app has been through some changes. Recently there is a bug that prevents me from claiming my rewards cash to direct deposit. Super frustrating.
BCU notified me saying the was unusual activity. They said that someone was logged into my account at 1:45pm. I said it wasn’t not knowing they were referring to CST, I’m on EST. When I realized it was me, I let them know, but they refused to lift the restrictions. I was supposed to move and was not able to because I can’t pay my movers. They told me to go into a local branch and make my deposits……where? And none of the local CU even know who they are. There was another issue where they didn’t believe the money i was putting into ATMs was real money……the froze my account because of that too. How can you put fake money into an ATM and why make the insinuation? Why????? They will have you inconvenienced randomly and they do not care. The people in that department are rude and insensitive. I am closing my account ASAP.

The app keeps sending ads to my notifications with no option to disable them. Pretty scummy. The developer says to just turn push notifications off, but then I wouldn’t get security alerts pushed to my phone.
I’ve fell in love with the bank and app
