Ótimo app, só poderia ter a opção de colocar widget na tela inicial e mais um usuário( como um filho), uso para anotar coisas do meu filho autista, e sinto falta de poder usar comigo separado.

It’s annoying that the day resets at midnight. I had it happen multiple times where i would fill out all the information for the day and only the next day realize that it saved for the next day, making me not enter information for that day since it was all filled already and putting them together would be bad and mess everything up. I can’t even move the information to the previous day, and if it is possible, it’s not clear enough how to do so. I’m a night owl and go to sleep very late. Many apps have the ability to change when the next day starts counting so this exact problem doesn’t happen. Very annoying. Edit: Thank you so much for the response and for informing the dev team as well! Cheers, and keep up the good work :D
This app is really helpful. You can add and edit outcomes. Clean design and easy to use. I always suggest for friends, students and patients. You will not regret.

I really want to like this app; however, the 6 hour time blocks is insufficient. Perhaps you could just use timestamps instead of blocks of time periods? Edit: I’ve updated my review based on the quick and thorough response from the app team. Thank you - I think that’s reasonable.
I use Finch and that helps me a LOT, but it’s missing the real tracking aspect so I can see and share my general mood and symptoms, Bearable is a fantastic edition for my mental health wellness journey, it’s not fully free if you want to pay for more features, but the free version does have a lot of helpful tracking tools
I love that Bearable collects not just symptoms but also what might be causal data that might help you understand your symptoms. How well you slept, what meds you took, your mood, how much water you drank, for example. I do wish it wouldn’t track the items you don’t put in on the days you don’t enter them rather than counting it as zero. For example if I didn’t track my amount of sleep one week, I wish it wouldn’t create a skew in my overall data that makes it look like I hadn’t slept at all that week. Putting in “zero” should not be the equivalent to putting in nothing. Otherwise, I’m happy with the app and so grateful for something that charts the data for me.
I recommend Bearable to all my friends interested in trying to keep track of data or new interventions. It’s great for both physical and mental health and overall wellness. The team is so dedicated to what they do if you run into any glitches. It’s nice to be able to provide concrete data to a provider when trying out a new intervention. It’s also great to keep track of lifestyle influences. I tell everyone about it!
I got this app because I’d heard it was good for managing chronic illness. And it very much is! Bearable has already helped me make some correlations that have improved my quality of life— things I wouldn’t have noticed on my own. But within this mission lie several functionalities that I was previously using multiple apps to attend to. (And it was becoming unwieldy! There comes a point when you’re spending more time setting up and updating apps than actually living your life, especially if you have some sort of executive dysfunction.) Bearable offers a multitude of functions that other apps offer as their *sole* function (and charge large monthly fees for). And it is so entirely customizable that you can track all of your health issues in its single interface. Sleep patterns, pain, GI issues, energy, cognition, mood, allergies, heart issues, menstruation or menopause, weight loss, body measurements, hydration, dietary habits and suspected troublesome foods, exercise, autoimmune or eczema flares— anything you want to track, you can, along with potential influencing factors (again, customizable). And if it has a corollary in Apple Health, you can have the entries sync with each other. I also really appreciate the optional inclusion of what many other health apps leave out— social and lifestyle factors such as being outdoors (and the weather), time spent with friends/ partner/ family, screen time and video games, alcohol and caffeine intake, and any custom habits you suspect could be having an effect on your overall wellbeing. The yearly subscription fee is totally reasonable for this all-in-one bundle of functionality. There is a dedicated subreddit where the developer participates and is very responsive to feedback and suggestions, and where the enthusiastic user base makes it clear that this app has improved the health and lives of countless people. I’m so grateful that I found Bearable.
