Achei um app muito lindo para acompanhar a minha rotina intestinal. Única coisa que poderia melhorar seria se tivesse um lugar para adicionar a quantidade da comida ingerida.
Está me ajudando muito!
Great for people that are crazy for statistics/body patterns aka me lol
I had a look around for apps of this type and this one was the best of the pack.
I have ulcerative colitis and this app has helped me keep track of my symptoms and my medications. I also show it to my doctor to help adjust medications when needed.
Portability could be better if it could link devices. I work with my iPad at home, it’s easy to see and type on. iPhone at work, Iwatch all the time.
As someone who has been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis for over 15 years and have had chronic constipation since infancy, I go in crazy cycles of having up to 20+ bowl movements a days and then on the flip side can go 20+ days without very productive bowl movements. This app is making it so easy for me to track when I go and how many times a day, plus the added feature of urgency/mucus/blood/discomfort is very helpful for me as I experience those often with a UC flare. I highly recommend this app to fellow IBD warriors!
As it says in the title
I’ve been using this app for 4 years. It’s super easy to use, it’s convenient to scroll through BM history, and I absolutely love having the 7-day average for telling my GI at appointments.
