I used to play Beatstar app and I still do rocking songs but the problem is that when you have to many cases you can’t play beatstar fix this please!

this game is really good! the songs are good, grapics are good and i wouldve given this game 5 stars if it wasnt for this one problem. when i want to play a song, u either have to pay gems for umlitited play or watch an ad to play. but now i wasted all my gems and now i am broke so i have no choice but to suffer from those terrible, horrible annoying adverts! 😠 it was torture! but after i completed a song, i have to watch an ad again! this is what imagine hell would be like. 😭 but other than that the game is good and can be addictive. devs, please fix this problem. i am begging! 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

It’s been years, legitimately years, and the same issues persist. Missed tap and wrong tap bug, lag, incorrect timing bug (tapping on note reading as great when it should be perfect plus). Adverts make it worse; whether it’s for the bonus gems or cards, or the free song, adverts cause the game to freeze. Free song adverts often don’t register so Beatstar gets two to three times the ad revenue, sneaky. Interactive adverts are the worst for this. These are issues that have been persistent for literal years and it’s apparent there is no plan to ever fix them, presu,ably because them fewer people would pay for microtransactions.

In short I love it but the one thing that really bothers me is that it keeps saying that I missed a tile when I wasn’t even close to it! It really annoys me A LOT!! So pls fix this developers pls 🙂

For a game requiring precise timing, the priority should be smooth gameplay and the elimination of any sources of jitter. I get that if this requires a network connection to play, there might be uncontrollable jitter sometimes, but *every* song has *multiple* jitter patches that throw off the timing or freeze the game entirely for up to a second. I'm sure there's a way to resolve this -- maybe making songs local upon unlock would remove stream lag. I am also suspicious about the loading screen art and some other graphics, which appear to be AI generated - this may not be intrinsically bad, but combined with other factors like jitter and recurring glitches, it hints at a drop in effort overall. Speaking of glitches, my friends and I have all experienced the game freezing entirely, or upon starting a song, the entire chart rushes past in a fraction of a second and says you got zero. It also still fails to register lanes sometimes, and I think this is down to jitter not sensitivity -- when the game jitters at the exact same time you tap, it will not register the input. Other than that, it's the best game on the App Store and my friends and I would love to continue playing. If these issues can be resolved, the game will be truly polished.
