I ordered for a big amount!!! And I didn’t receive anything and they cancelled my order, they said I will receive my refund 5-10 working days and now almost 3 weeks and no one response to the emails I tried to contact them via instagram and no body responded I tried to write a comment they replied because they don’t want the customers see my bad comments on them !! And still until today I didn’t receive my money back !!!!!!

Hello beauty bay. I have ordered my order and it didn’t come. They said it will come in 3-6 business days. It’s been almost 3 weeks and I haven’t got my order. I spent a lot of money because all of those things are overpriced. Everything is sooo expensive. And you don’t answer my emails. Answer now. And don’t download this app if you are trying to. Trust me.

Using the website is fine, but the app is just horrible. Glitchy, has issues with checkout and saving address. Issues with applying discounts. It sent my order to my previous address and there is no way to cancel! Just horrible overall. Customer service have been unhelpful. Not using beauty bay again, not worth the trouble it caused

None of the advertised promo codes on the site work and it’s impossible to get through to anyone other than a bot, who says you need to contact customer services

It was really good to be able to claim points as vouchers such as £10 off, but now they only give beauty bay products

I’m so frustrated bc you can’t delete adresses or reset the default through the app . Now I can’t even cancel my order that’s going to a different city without depending on the emails being checked in time. Please fix this.

Very good range of products, and the Hall Pass is absolutely worth it if you order more than a twice year! the only thing that bugs me is that the wishlist goes from oldest to newest, so if you add something new to your wishlist it's right at the bottom and you have to scroll all the way down. additionally it would be a lot better if you could filter in your wishlist or make 'boards' like other apps.

I love beauty bay for the convenience but the app is so glitchy, I’ve deleted and reinstalled this app multiple times throughout the years and always have the same problem, I’ll be scrolling through the items and the page will suddenly just jump and completely change all the products into a different order. It’s annoying and random.
