Please fix the app. The orientation is off on both sides, completely unusable on the left even when I correct the lens.

I just read the privacy policy for this company and it has contradictory information about how private information is used. This company also has an app called X-Life, which is also for an ear camera. The app wants access to all your devices, which is ridiculous! If you deny access the device won’t work. I think this is unacceptable and companies that demand this should be banned. There is no need to access other devices, especially if the app isn’t being used on them. I would be very careful with this company, because it seems like they want access to information not associated with the apps usage.

Wasted money cannot find network

Money wasted. Can’t even find the bebird wifi network. Should have trusted the reviews

I’ve been using the ear camera for over a year to check for kids ear infections. I updated my app (which I don’t do often) and now half the time the video has an error and won’t save. Never had this before. When checking for ear infections on young children, this is not a video I’d like to have to repeat.

New update renders my otoscope useless. Please fix this and release a patch so I can use this device again :(

Went to the ER. Why? Because the detachable scoop fell in my eardrum. Do not buy. At all. Trust physicians. Don’t fall (like me) for cheap fixes.

i use the Bebird Pro, and the app works perfectly on both iPad and iPhone on my side. The camera is sensitive, network responding quickly and results are amazing. Thank you!
