Me pide una contraseña para el wifi pero no sé dónde buscarla, me lo vendieron sin Manuel ni nada para guiarme

Compre un otoscopio y pues justamente me pedia esta aplicación, de la nada me llega un mensaje de una persona a mi Facebook personal preguntado si yo era “otorrino o que show” (cosa que no soy) y me parece curioso que una persona con quien no tengo ningún tipo de lazo y de un perfil dudoso mandé esa clase de mensajes

Funciona excelente en iphone 11 y android… sin problemas hasta ahorita

Mi bebird m9pro nunca transmitió imagen a la App, ojalá puedan arreglar esto pronto

I bought this devices to help my husband who clean his ear everyday and I believe that is wrong but when I received the package and tried to connect to my phone it doesn’t connect. WiFi and cellular connection both are on and every time I opened the app send me straight to WiFi. I am going to trie with android but I bought because it was for iPhone.

Camera software doesn’t not easily connect and display is not real time.

I got this to help out with my son’s wax impactions and was super excited to get it home and now charged it and I go to use it and I made sure I follow the instructions and every time I go to turn on the camera it freezes.I hate that I’m gonna have to return this and get something else

As much as I love the Note 5, I am very disappointed in the poor performance of the WiFi connection over the last two iOS (17&18) updates. It is a string of Bebird Note 5 refusing to connect to either my iPhone 15 Pro Max or my 6th Gen iPad Pro 12.9”, or when connected, constant drop-outs or disconnects while the device is in the ear canal. I cannot tell if it is the Note 5 or the Apple device initiating those issues. When it works it works great. But, it is not working the majority of time. I cannot have the screen go black when using! Again, this appears to started happening at some point after upgrading to iOS and iPadOS 17 and has gotten worse under 18 (currently on 18.2). One other improvement to consider is allowing the app on either device to go to landscape when rotated.

Love the products. Easy to use app. Only complaint I have is the tips on the products themselves can come off

It's nice but each video does not need to take up as much storage as it does!!! I wish there was a way to crop the videos in app or lower the quality before filming to just 720p or something like that.
