HDMI to lightning not connecting and isn’t working properly. This is my source of tv. Why am I paying for something that doesn’t work ….
Je dois continuellement demander une reconnection sur l’app. Se déconnecte continuellement. La même chose sur mon iPhone.
Ça serait bien de mettre à notre disposition des séries tel que ´ sheldon young ; casa de papel etc.
App crashes immediately on startup.
App shuts down, recordings disappear, deleted recordings don’t delete, programs set to record don’t get recorded…it seems like everything is fine, and it happens again, and again, and again. One issue, or another. I don’t call to complain anymore, because I’m told to reboot, which I already did, several times over, they promise to fix, but it doesn’t get fixed. An hour wasted speaking with someone who has such a strong accent, and I can’t understand what they’re saying half the time. Why bother calling them? It’s a waste of time, and more stressful than the issues themselves, sometimes
For the past few months I’m unable to delete any episodes.
I love using this app on my AppleTV instead of having to switch to the box, but it’s so glitchy! It crashes every time I use it, either when watching live tv or a recording. It keeps recordings even once deleted almost like they are stuck in the app and not on the box. Even tried logging out, deleting and reinstalling the app with no luck. Please fix these issues for a 5 star app!
I've been a long-time user of this app, and it's disappointing to see how much the quality has deteriorated over the past six months. What was once a reliable streaming solution has become increasingly frustrating to use. The most concerning issue has been the frequent crashes across multiple platforms. These crashes often occur at the most inconvenient moments - during live sports events or in the middle of shows. The app needs to be restarted multiple times per viewing session, which is unacceptable for a paid service. To the development team: Please focus on stability and performance. Your loyal customers deserve better than this declining user experience. Until these issues are resolved, I cannot recommend this app despite its previous excellence.
