I hate that you can not remove out of stock items from your favourites list

Constant lagging, constant ERROR red signal. Refreshed, deleted and updated again and no joy!

the clothes are good and all but the app is so laggy it keeps refreshing every second and closing out. fix pleas

Love Bershka and their unique designs :) Just learnt about the birthday special feature and it really personalises and brings Bershka to life :D

I honestly had no problem ordering from Bershka. It was quite clear how to do everything and the prices are reasonable. I do wish that they would add a package tracker so that you can track where your package is. Other than that no complaints, (well hopefully) 😁

Ever since the new layout of the app and recent update I can’t click in to the clothes. It just freezes when I press on something

my order was supposed to be delivered almost a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve contacted Bershka customer support multiple times and they haven’t gotten back to me. They were supposed to send me an email explaining where my package is/how much longer it will take but i still haven’t received any email. Do not order online from Bershka, it’s a waste of time and money and you’ll be ripping your hair out having to deal with the awful customer support. This is ridiculous that i’ve been waiting a month and still no answer from them.
