I never ever leave reviews however my experience with this app and company was horrible. This bike company is ridiculous. If the bike isn’t working properly and you think you locked it but it didn’t work, it continues to charge your card if someone uses it. So it takes money from your card without consent. The company doesn’t do anything to help or refund you. I also bought a package and the package doesn’t even work. I still paid for my ride using money even though I had pre-bought minutes. Also if you miss type a bike code it could unlock a bike in another place. In order to end the ride you would have to find that bike (which you have no way of doing) and lock it. The app and company doesn’t care about its customers. Poor customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Unless you want your money stolen from you.

Definitely the best bike share in the UK! Easy to use, fun to ride and so affordable.

The chat is disappearing, you cannot speak with anyone. Continuously is giving you a lot of rubish suggestion but not real life situations. Very hardly to get on with an operator. I’ve sent my driving license several times and after one day still is not verified, now after every login you need to re-verify driving license. Very disatisfied.

I really like the idea of an e-bike scheme but the quality of service in Plymouth puts me off using it more regularly. Often there aren’t any bikes available in certain locations. Almost every bike has something wrong with it, often bad enough that it isn’t rideable. Unlocking doesn’t work about a third of the time. However the customer service is really good when there’s an agent online. Improve bike availability and I would definitely use Beryl more!

Bikes dont unlock

So looking to use the e-scooters have to verify driving licence with front and back photos of it, that’s something I’m not happy with if data is breached something bad could happen with full details of d/licence number inc photo but if they want to verify they could check another way through govt websites yes there are strict policies but I could go out and purchase an electric scooter and have no issue it’s a shame not just lost 1 customer lost 4 due to it.

Great idea but is let down by the app Tired hiring a scooter to get a garage quick to get my car before the mechanic got there. I tried to unlock a scooter and it’s said my card was incorrect I double checked and it was fine. On a separate occasion again trying to get somewhere the app stated I needed to delete my license on the account and re upload it again. I couldn’t get a scooter or a bike so in the end I walked and deleted the app.

The App will not accept UK driving licence without photo ID

The app didn’t allow me to open any bikes, but one did and then the physical lock didn’t open. After cancelling my ride and charging me £1.50 for the time And reopened the bike It finally allowed me to move the bike. To which the pedals were bent and nearly unusable I would not recommend this to anyone
