Best Western to Go

This has to be the easiest app I have ever seen to navigate. And using points to book a room is so easy. I highly recommend it.

Over all was good just a couple things could be better 1 the hallways and lobby were extremely HOT. 2- the pool was freezing cold and 3. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom out by the pool and I had to go find someone to get it for my husband cause he was stuck. lol but the rooms are oozy and great breakfast we will continue to use Bestwestern it’s always dependable!!!

This was one of the nicest rooms my entire trip it had a full kitchen sitting area the beds were so comfortable. I highly recommend the king suite the prices are great. Breakfast was mediocre they had a cool coffee maker made a bunch of different fancy coffees, which was really cool. I know several people complained about the service and their reviews, but I had no issues. They were very nice and if they’re not at the front desk, all you have to do is ring the bell and they come out.

The motel is new looking, very clean, and customer service is top notch. Morning breakfast was excellent. Best Western is also senior AARP friendly.

The entire process was simple, expedient and painless!

This is unacceptable!

Found lower prices for sale hotel and same room on booking.com. BW did not honor the low price guarantee. I’ll just use booking.com from now on.

I have not always enjoyed every Best Western hotel from one coast to the other. However, I still really love the brand overall especially when the hotel is new or newly remodeled.

Be sure to read the “What You Need To Know Before You Go” section on the individual hotel website. I didn’t read this section (my fault) and found out upon arrival that local residents upon arrival have to put down a $500 CASH deposit on the the room. I was traveling with my 83 year old mother and had to leave and go to the bank to get the cash as the manager told the desk clerk my sister, who was also traveling with us, couldn’t take the reservation under her name as she does live out of state, and we were just passing through after I had picked them up to begin a vacation. I suggested to the desk clerk that BW could easily have flagged my reservation as I put in my local address so their locals $500 CASH DEPOSIT policy would pop up prior to finalizing the payment. The suggestion was met with silence. I asked if this was the first time this had ever come up, and she said it happens all the time. I guess I’m not the only one who doesn’t read the fine print. I won’t be staying at Best Westerns anymore!
