Best Western to Go

Bad experience from the app. I booked hotel they charged me from the app. Now again after a week they charged again as hotel did not get the information from the app. Worst experience never booking again.

Was a perfect stay!! The staff are fabulous Kids had fun in the pool !!

The App itself is inconsistent - often not recognizing me as a member and sometimes getting hung up when reserving a room.

Best Western are with out a doubt the best.

Well, I have to admit. I’ve just downloaded your app and it doesn’t format on an iPad which really surprises me because you’re an international operation and many people all over the world use iPads so could you please tell me why you would not design an app that works on an iPadmakes no sense to me and I have a new customer. I’m already disappointed.

We arrived after a 12 hr drive at 9:30 to the Sure Stay Plus in Wytheville V. Totally run down hotel. We got to our room and the light in the bathroom was broken. Bathtub was totally stained. Gap between the door was large. Pillows smelled like body odour. We asked for a new room because there was no bathroom light. The next room had no remote. We tried to get dinner delivered with no luck. Dominos would not deliver and the flyer to the other pizza place the front desk gave us was closed. Overall a BAD stay! Wont be back

The app decided to log me out. I have Face ID so I don’t have to fit the missing puzzle piece in, but today I could not book a room with app. I tried to log in, but the app does not work with Apple password manager. So I had to go to Passwords to find my userid & password. Instead I went to another app called safari and went to best western dot com. When I went to log in, Apple helped me. The app is in need of a lot of work

Normally a great asset for the business traveler until it craps out and it will happen at the worst possible time

I stay this hotel 1 night, location and service very good and valuable. I took 5:00am shuttle at hotel and hotel provided breakfast for early bird
