Horrible app, offers “Bonus” spins or chips and urges you to claim then when you go to, it tells you to wager $XXX before you get the bonus spins/ chips etc. customer support is absolutely no help at all. Not to mention the app itself is super buggy and always crashing . Can’t give It a 0 star but that’s what I would have given it DO NOT PLAY THIS APP

The only “free” reward is if you spend 10$ a week…. At most they’ll give ya 5 spins… you won’t get a cent lol DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. 5/6 times I picked a “bonus” I got try again tomorrow. Ya thoes odds aren’t worth a cent nor a minute of my time. Shame on these bot replies on the reviews

Worst betting app. I deposited 500 for the bonus money and played 3.5k in the first few days. I was winning money so they limit me to 1.5$ a bet. I still manage to clear lots of money but when I got to about 400$ left to clear. I placed 420$ in bets and then I see 220 of it settled so I should only have 180$ left to clear right? No I have 300$ left to clear. (I’m making sure every bet is atleast 1.5x and followed all the rules). Once you get close to clearing the bonus they will try their hardest to not give it to you. They are scamming you keep your money away from this app. Also the UI is pretty bad lol.

I enrolled and got a $500 bonus for depositing $500. I placed bets and won. Bank went to $1600. Half of the money is locked as a bonus that can only be unlocked when wagering 10x your deposit. they limited me to placing $1.49 bets so I couldn’t reach the wager threshold to withdraw the funds… I started placing a bunch of $1.49 wagers to release my bonus, but now they stopped me from placing any bets at all. Can only withdraw $800 of $1600. Never use this book. If you aren’t limited/banned, you’re not winning. Scammers!

Betano does not care about its customers. Their business is literally set up to get you hooked and then take all your money. And, of course, I say this knowing gambling is always a risk and chances of a big win are slim, but Betano is the absolute worst! I noticed the first year after signing up I was getting very generous bonuses ($20 to $80 in free spins every one to two weeks which I won a decent amount of money with a few times) and good returns on any slots I played for the most part. Almost like clockwork after one year, any and all bonuses abruptly stopped. Even the daily ‘pick a box’ promo changed. It used to be a free daily bonus where you pick a box to win some free spins, sports bets or chips, but now they require me to make a deposit before I can even get that and bear in mind these are very small bonuses worth maybe $1 to $5 each. The real kicker is even with the deposit requirement now 75% of the time I get the unfortunately you didn’t win anything today message upon choosing a box. Unbelievable! Good luck if you have any issues as well since customer service couldn’t care less and don’t help resolve anything. The payouts also stopped. Every time I played, I basically lost all the money I put in. Most of the time they weren’t even paying enough to play for a while and get a little entertainment from it. I also noticed they will often pay well the first time you play a new game and then literally pay nothing after. Again seems like it’s arranged to try and get you hooked. I play with many online casinos and they’re far better than Betano. Try BETMGM or FanDuel instead. Not only do they offer regular bonuses and more consistent payouts, but they don’t require you to play through any bonuses 25x to 30x before you can claim them.
