The original app going back 4 to 5 years ago stopped working with my scale, so I used the scale without the app for 3 years. Just reloaded the app again and it seems to work well this time around, I don’t trust this lot to keep the app updated and working.

I bought the BF950 thinking it’d be great to track my weight, but I’d have been better off buying the analogue scales! The app rarely works, and the scales themselves seem to measure completely different weights if I step off and immediately step back on again. Very disappointed!

The app and the Bluetooth on the bm57 are an absolute nightmare. Got it to work once that was it. Have to manually put in my data. I could’ve got a cheaper non Bluetooth one… not worth $100aud

Have owned Beurer scales for over 3 years now and only unreliable thing is connecting to this app. App won’t open after entering login credentials, just blanks out to Home Screen. No error message, just crashes. Has done this several times a year and outage lasts for weeks. About to give up and get a new set of scales with a reliable app. Don’t recommend.

Don’t bother. It can’t even work out that we have more than one person using it.

I’ve used the scales for years and blood pressure device on and off. Consider these devices to be usable as standalone “dumb” devices. The bluetooth connectivity is atrocious - rarely works. The online registration which forces you to register private information (your birthdate) barely works. If you are looking for smartphone “smart” devices steer clear of this brand - it’s aweful.

Very buggy. Have to log in every time and toggle on to get readings to pair with iwatch/iPhone. Also doesn’t download readings easily. Useless for the very purpose the app was created.

App needs an update and design over hall. Finding your information isn’t very straightforward.

I just spent 45 minutes trying to get my scales connected to the app so it would sync and make room for new measurements. The software around these scales is very poor. Definitely consider other options first.

You can’t even find the scale on their app. Brand new battery and no Bluetooth. Don’t buy their scale …
