App doesn’t work Impossible to connect And impossible to go back to previous page Can’t use app

This app is absolutely useless, it tells you to send info over to the beurer HealthManager pro but then tells you to log in (but I was already logged in) but I went through the process or rather I tried to but tapped log in and put my details in and it came up doesn’t recognise user details please input valid details, so I tried forgotten password feature and put my email address in and it came up with an error has occurred please try again later, so I went on the new app and it comes up with a synchronising scales notice at the bottom of the screen and then changed to an error had occurred and that’s as far as I’m ever able to get it’s really frustrating and completely useless the only thing that works is the scales it’s self and that’s it, the apps just don’t work at all if I could give minus stars I would rate it a minus 5 stars

Using for the thermometer and it works absolutely fine.

Can’t even get the date and time right. Today is apparently the 11 of Jan 2024. The other day we were in 2025. Tried contacting Beurer with absolutely no response. Looking for another scale.

Open the app and it wants me to log in, Normally it opens the app but even when I log in the app just closes, I tried 3 times and even changed my password but again the app immediately closes. Can someone tell me what’s going on, I notice the vast majority of the reviews are -ve!!!

Not fit for purpose, app does not work, so any £20 weighing scales can do the job of this expensive product

Two months using this and all of a sudden it won’t work. It can’t connect to the scale, it has lost my profile and all the data associated with it. Absolutely ridiculous. Can’t believe it! Not to mention the scale won’t give me all the results unless I’m connected to the app. What a stupid design! Basically I am forced to use this awful app and until it is working again I can’t measure my body fat. FANTASTIC!!!

I wrote twice to ask about Bluetooth connection problems and they insisted my 2020 iphone SE is not supported

Can’t create user account which is mandatory for multi user. Once I typed in(copy/paste not possible) email address and passport, login isn’t possible stating it wouldn’t match. Reset password doesn’t work either. It’s useless!

Can only use the pulse oximeter for one account.
