Can’t sign up properly, after entering my credit card details it keeps sending me back to do it again. When registering via the website, the verification SMS never arrives if you don’t have a Spanish number. How it this supposed to also be for tourists?

I tried in every way to sign up, but after entering my credit card details it simply fails without any notice what happened. I tried again a few times without luck. Too bad!

I am a full-time student in Madrid who relies on services like Bicimad to make it to classes and around town. However I constantly get logged out or blocked for no reason. I always put the bike back into the charging station & never even left a scratch on the bike. It’s purely due to the incompetence and lack of bug-fixing that makes this service so unreliable. FIX YOUR APP @BICIMAD.

Bought a €10 prepaid and subscribing was fixed in no-time. It’s also possible to connect a public transport card, so you can use it in case you’re out of battery.

App doesn’t work

As a tourist I was keen to use the bikes but the app is broken so there is no way to sign up. What a waste.

Tried to register for over 1 hour, impossible. Please improve

As tourists it takes more than one hour to find out how to subscribe. Once you want to rent, the bikes which are left in the lockers seems to be broken. We tried several locations, only one of us was able to unlock. At the end we tried LIME, which is a better system. We made a group and were able to be on the road within 15 minutes. Please improve this system :-(

Took my money now I spend two hours repeatedly entering my passport number and bioghraphic data but nothing works. I just get server errors and computer says no. USELESS TIMEWASTING

It’s quite annoying when the app stops working when you need to be somewhere. Ive found many issues with this app, first of all it doesn’t always scan the bikes, which is quite annoying or I would have this issue where the bike is ‘undocked’ according to the app but the bike wouldn’t come out. Honestly it’s not really user friendly and doesn’t always work! Would be nice if they would fix it.
