BidFTA Mobile App

While I was bidding on a auction which only had 8 sec. then it went back to 3 min it did this 2 times I do not recommend wasting your time on this app. I have also had my items not found they say they give you a full refund if they do not find your item within 4 days it has been more than 4 days. Since I have brought the missing item to their attention I am still waiting on my refund BidFTA. If you say you will give a full refund if the item is not found within 4 days then you should give the customer the full refund. I also got solar lights that after I received them all of them where broken. I understand they’re a get what you get type deal but really BidFTA. DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SITE.

Do not buy anything from them, 80% of it is not working or there are not enough things in the kit. They're just fooling you and that's it. I bought a computer, an armchair and headphones and none of them are suitable. And you also have to travel very far to the warehouse

Gotta TAKE YOUR SWEET A*s TIME reading the description bc they want to scam you, and even tho it says “good condition” they give them to you broken, damage, missing something… they did it once to me I gave it another chance and the last time it was worse with a big item, I wasted almost 300$. I don’t recommend it. It’s best if you guys get ir new trust me.

This review is based purely on app performance. It’s an auction service that’s not perfect and the savings come with some inconveniences. I’m glad it exists though. I can’t say the same for the app. The search feature is completely inoperable, there are numerous glitches and occasional crashes. Surprising because the framework seems decent and there was thought put into it. Just terrible execution. Avoid app. Stick to website. Less convenient but less frustrating.

bidfta has come a long way in its user experience. however i e noticed the iphone app notifications aren’t always coming thru. also please please make the app allow users to favorite locations so we don’t have to click on that every time. and please allow us to save searches and get notified when relevant items are made available. thanks for the app, it’s truly a lot better than what it used to be

I bought a ice maker that was listed in good condition to only get it home and it don’t work. Pretty much 115.00 gone down the drain. No partial refund or anything.

I buy bed from here they posted good full bed pictures and everything fine in description such as included mattress but when I bring it at home it was a piece of frame not even whole frame.it was totally piece of trash..Do not mislead people like that show your exact plenty of pictures and write a true description

I had 7 minutes left to go as the winning bidder for a set of pans……magically the time to bid increased an additional 24hrs!!! Additionally, my winning bid was out bid by 100%!!! Complete scam…..only a real auction if the app/site seems it “enough” for their unsold item. Bunch of clowns. AVOID THE SCAM.
