You’re basically buying trash! A very dishonest company and you can’t get your money back. Even if it’s their fault you’re still at fault.

Bidfta will intentionally hide damages on items by obscuring and concealing it when photographing items, then list them AS-IS It is fine to list something as is but they deliberately hide and deceive knowingly broken items to defraud the customer. These people are dishonest thieves and do not deserve a cent of your money.

I don’t think they know how to regression test their app. The saved searches used to be able to show only new items not seen before, 2 upgrades ago the feature worked, now, but so much. Help desk is non responsive to these sorts of issues.

The app automatically adds more time to an auction if there is a last minute bid! There is a non disclosed buyer’s fee. My $70 auction ended up being $90 with taxes and fees. The pickup facility was an unorganized mess. Never again!

Every time I browse the app, it’s hard to sort the items that I want to see. Also, it is difficult to search I have to do something to be able to find the item. Speaking of items they selling, they’re selling some items that are not in the location. They don’t conduct inventory before they post it for bidding. I'm very disappointed coz it happened to me 4x.

Every time you update this app a feature gets worse. I don’t know what they are updating, I have BidFTA+ and mostly use the saved searches to easily look at keyword searches I bid on and every time they update the app it goes to $h!T. Either you can’t bid from the search screen or the bid goes to an item further down, now it won’t show when there’s new items for the search term. STOP MAKING IT WORSE.

Youre buying on their terms and customer satisfaction is NOT guaranteed. Expect disappointment.

The application worked ok until the recent update. Saved searches no longer return results for filtered locations. It returns results for all locations which makes paying for BIDFTA+ worthless.

They don’t give very clear explanations about items. Couple item I ordered was missing remote. Unfortunately I can’t return them. I’m done with BidFTA. By by

This app this absolutely the worst app I’ve ever downloaded. It constantly signs you out, crashes or stops working all together. I’m not sure who they have creating and updating the app, but they need to be fired.
