Big Ass Fans

Great fans as others have said you get what you pay for. The quality of these fans is outstanding. Make our patio and outdoor kitchen comfortable year round.

We’ve had the 84” I6 with the 48” down rod running none stop for just over a year. So far it’s been money well spent. On speed 1 it keeps the slightest breeze while moving air throughout our 22’ heigh living room and kitchen area. For anyone with high ceils and many windows there’s no better option. Does a great job in the winter keeping heat from collecting in the ceiling. Couldn’t be happier.

I continue to have issues connecting app with fan. I cannot submit ticket online either from my iPhone. Form not working on submit. Haiku fan is now deciding to start on its own now and only way to prevent it is to take out batteries from controller. I tried to download app again but cannot connect to the fan. Old app Haiku says retired but it stopped working a few years ago. Help.

Two networked fans. The wireless remotes are fine but I mainly control the fans with the app. Always works, helps to update firmware, what’s not to like….

Great fan. Great controls. Factory service helpful and fast. Lovely bamboo and wood options.

Have had 2 L series for 8 years. Quiet and great output. Needed to call customer service when our electrician put them in and he as well as us were blown away by how helpful they were.

Been using Haiku fans since 2020. They work silently without any wobble. The app is also very nice. Latest usability enhancements make it super simple to start the fan at the last used speed setting

Really enjoy the fan.

Just works and is simple. Now with HomeKit support I am over the moon.

It took a few phone calls, but the support was good and I was able to fix my fan. USA location is great!
