I love this program so much. The app takes time to get used to but once you figure out all the different options it’s very easy to use. The instructors are amazing. I love they have a mental health and sleep shaping coaches. Truly amazing!!
I want to gift every pregnant or postpartum woman I know with this program. It is set up to easily follow along with lots of assessments to see where you are. Love the clean nutrition plan! I felt changes in the pain in my body after 1 week of doing this. It is geared to slowly healing and building back up your core and pelvic floor. I’m amazed at the content and so so grateful i found this!
Love how easy this app is to navigate. The videos are helpful and I'm already seeing results just 7 days in!!
Second time completing Ab Reb. First was shortly after 2nd c/s in 2 years and my focus was fixing DR and regaining strength. I got out what I put into the program and was stronger PP then I was pre babies. Second time my focus was around posture, tight hips, rebuilding booty, fixing my anterior tilt, breath work and improved scar mobility. Once again, feeling strong as a mother and I catch my hips titled and bad posture and fix it! Don’t think you have the time? Remember, “self care isn’t selfish.” My only improvement is audio is inconsistent video over video. Thanks, Nance and team!
I have completed Ab Rehab twice now. Each of my pregnancy’s had different physical challenges but Ab Rehab helped me to get STRONGER each time!! I am now doing Bod Squad and it’s helped me reach another gear. If you’re on fence about Ab Rehab take this as your sign to DO it!! You deserve it!!
I have done this program after having both of my children, and both times I’ve seen great results! Highly, highly recommend!
I love how this program starts out super low impact and builds up strength slowly over time. I am 2 months post C-section with baby #2 and never fully healed after my 1st c-section 5 years ago. I’m learning a lot about how to properly strengthen and heal my pelvic floor and core. There’s tons of customizations and extras with this program to make it perfect for all postpartum moms!
The instructors are too wordy in the workouts. Too hard to follow and make sure I’m doing everything correctly.
This app is life-changing. I'm 16 years postpartum and I can see changes in the first week. The response time from the coaches is quick and helpful. This app is customized for each person. There is a clear layout and is user-friendly.
